Metrology Facilities Management consistently reviews and evaluates present facilities for problem areas and new requirements. KAI has the ability to identify the appropriate structures and environmental controls required to perform calibrations and repairs. This allows KAI to implement a facility maintenance plan ensuring proper operations of the environmental, power and utility control and distribution systems within the applicable country's geographic area.
The Metrology Facilities Management must take an existing building and ensure all requirements of NA 17-35FR-06 and the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) Instruction are met.
