Metrology Program Management is the coordinating function between the customer Program Manager, Program Teams, Quality Management, field customers, Kay and Associates corporate and KAI site managers. This function also ensures each Site Manager is aware of new requirements and assists in integrating them into current policies and procedures. Management further ensures key personnel have required training and certifications to fulfill their tasks and ensures all personnel are aware of the high standards KAI sets for each employee.
